Where Finance Meets Automation

Over 12+ years working across manufacturing, energy, logistics, and trading, I've evolved from a traditional accountant into a techno-functional finance specialist — operating at the intersection of complex multi-entity tax compliance and data automation.

While most finance teams rely on manual data entry, I engineer automated solutions using Advanced Excel, VBA macros, Power Query, and Tally ODBC connections — pulling real-time data directly from the ERP.

Direct-from-Tally TDS Compliance Engine

Built a full-cycle TDS management system connecting Excel directly to Tally Prime via ODBC — eliminating all manual ledger exports. Auto-calculates interest, late fees, and flags "No PAN" entries for higher deduction under Section 206AA. Integrated with TRACES portal for bulk PAN verification, instantly identifying inoperative PANs.

⚡ Impact
Reduced 3–4 day manual TDS cycle to ~1 working day across 8 entities. PAN verification for 50+ records: ~4 hours → 15 minutes.

Excel-based tool integrating with the TRACES portal for bulk PAN validation at scale. Instantly flags "Inoperative" PANs where Aadhaar linking is pending — ensuring correct deduction rates per CBDT circular and eliminating the manual one-by-one bottleneck.
